      No increase annually Theseses or so-called bosses ensure you pray for your annual increase. You will still pray for salary increases over 2-3 years, even though you're an exprience perosn. Either you still beg or these people torment you, make sure that you resign individually

      More of paper work, Zero execution If u enter this company u will simply be in go data entry, coz people want accurate data to be entered in erp.. Nd ur work will never be executed Revising architecture plans since decades..
