Feedback for bsb portal 1. No employee training policy, one is supposed to figure out on their own and re invent the wheel in terms of understanding the role, company vision, goals and individual contribution areas. 2. The company projects itself as centered around "innovation" which means Expert feedback is not even considered by the project managers and the decision over product is based on Project Manager's whims and fancies overlooking every reasoning resulting in substandard final product which is not even close to competitors. The experts in the employee base who handle the business do not want to use the company product and instead rely on competitive products and the management cant see through this. 3. Portal office has the worst leadership as well as employee relation. Does not seem to even want to cooperate with regarding smallest of issues to issues in daily work environment. 4. People leaving the company in bulk is a common trend especially from the Portal office. There have been many instances from ex employees as to how their annual bonuses were compromised with after dropping a resignation even when they were eligible. 5. Poor work ethics, there is no transparency in terms of how policies like Work From Home, working hour etc applies. 8:30 to 6 and 12:00 to 6 are some extremes of differences people observe . So work hours as well as work duration seems to depend on how well the relationships (read as regular buttering up) are maintained. Project Manager will not give feedback on time and then complain to Senior Leadership about colleagues about failure to deliver. Also, they sometimes do not shy away from making personal comments about one's personal space. 6. The products are a cheap replica of the competitors who have already gone a step ahead and made radical innovations. Features after features request are build on paper which never see the light of the day. Instead some Stone Age version of "Hackathon" produces overnight ideas which are supposed to be incorporated.
