No pros at all , The HR team is under the balls of the directors . Seniors literally commoditize women and keep pushing them for benefits . Silita the HR head is almost a pet puppy and only takes actions when they are told by the directors and barks at their orders . The company has no plans of growing , just a wrong edtech trying to scam people with forced sales strategies ,

All the positive reviews written in all portals are a done FORCEFULLY as the HR team comes and sits and makes people write these reviews forcibly else they would report it to the CEO . !!!!!!!!BHANZU USUALLY TARGETS FRESHERS SO THAT THEY CANT RUN AWAY !!!!!!!! Every girl in the office is objectified and body shamed . There is no bloody decency . Half the office is full of DRUNK MEN!!!! Every positive review is forcefully written . This company has spoiled the careers of many folks .. edtech has a dark side and this company is the epitome of wrong doings . POSH is a scam here. Women can never use it as the HR head who’s a woman herself is a puppet and no actions are taken if you’re getting sales . So if your numbers are good you can get away with the most heinous crimes in Bhanzu . This organisation is criminal ! BE VERY CAREFUL ! DO NOT JOIN . As I was at a leadership role , I want to bring this out in public .
