I dont think there are any pros to working here - all you get is grilled - there's no learning involved and everything has to be catered from your end - no feedback loops involved
Cons
No increment - all you will be told is that we don't have the budget
Aggresive Behaviour - Manager was a Dictator
HR - No one helps - no use
Nepotism - Favs don't do anything - others are grilled - no accountability for these folks
Overall, terrible experience - makes you work overtime as well - huge politics goes on and you can be laid off if you aren't the favourite.
Horrible.
