Pros
So far still wfh. But they want to start work in office on June 2022. Decent pay. Would be a good experience to start as QA. Have incredible work life balance. Too comfortable sometimes, during down time. Depending on your project type. Sometimes not many releases happen.
Cons
Stagnant. Work on very specific projects, on specific features. Not able to expand to work on different projects. They provide us a DESKTOP PC, not a laptop. So we have to haul the whole big pc to home to wfh. Not very convenient. Annual leave is 14 or 12, added to your account by monthly I guess. Like you get 14 days, but you won't get it all on January. You get it like 2.5 days in 2 month and so on. Maybe it just me, still a newbies. There are a lot of QA job offer here, for different projects. Make sure to check the job requirements carefully, make sure it is the type of project you are looking for. Also ask alot of questions about the project during interview to make it is on par with what you looking for.
