They tended to keep extra BS to a minimum and organized events for workers before covid.
Cons
Little communication locally, Getting a raise is like pulling teeth and only occur when the job market makes it impossible to keep people. Even then they have a habit of offering new people higher wages than people who have experience and train them. Unless IN WRITTING (or most people quit and staffing levels are critical) nether of these tend to happen for years. As of now 0 exception covid vaccine mandate no religious or Americans Disabilities Act exceptions. Papers Please
