You name it:
- Heartless and lackluster company culture after the acquisition of Piraeus Consulting
- Lowballed on salary after was told no problem to my range in the interview process
- Told by dept director on first day (after being lowballed) that the budget was taking a hit to hiring me. WTF, who says that to an employee their first day?!?
- Terribly inadequate and unorganized onboarding process
- 2 weeks after joining this company the team manager tasked with my training and with extensive knowledge of the role, project vision, direction and goals left the team. At the time of their departure expressed that I would benefit from further training but that was never provided it in the wake of their departure.
- Director of team/project completely disconnected from daily operations and didn't have enough common courtesy to even say hello when I was in the office. AWKWARD.
- New manager and exiting manager both expressed repeatedly my learning of the tools and information related to my responsibilities and I was right on par with expectations; that its a knowledge-based role and it takes time to be proficient with the work.
- After less than 2 months on the job was terminated by department director who's reasoning conflicted entirely from what I'd been told by both my former and acting managers, stating I just wasn't picking up the responsibilities of my role fast enough.
- Worst company I've ever worked
