Cons

Management; C management is unprofessional and Mismanaged; the expectation are not clear and financed is managed by nepotism. The various teams are overworked with limited resources as expected with small companies but with no support. Finance pushes restrictions that demotivates teams and provides unrealistic expectation The company needs to be elevated to industry standard soon.. quality of work life is a pipe dream.

Pros

Great Location in downtown NYC

Cons

The finance team lacks basic clinical developement financial knowledge. There is no HR, no objective source to provide a complaint to as an employee. Some C-suite members are dysfunctional. The turn over rate for the last year is about 19 ppl have left, this is a company of 25-30 ppl in the US. No work life balance, the expectation of upper management is to under pay employees, give horrible benefits and expect you to work 50-60 hours a week. Benefits are really not up to par with the industry standards. The office environment is very toxic with upper management fighting and screaming at each other in the office. Micromanagement by upper management. Uppermanagement hand is too many pots and doesn't have knowledge or understanding of what it entails to stir those pots, making unilateral decisions without input of the folks doing the actual work. Some of the leaders of the company are inexperienced as being a leader and running a company or they are just very poor leaders, they make poor decisions that impacts all. They have the mindset that they are doing you a favor and treat employees that don't stand up for themself very poorly. Honestly the list can go on...
