Amazing co-workers. Everyone (including the clients) are tight-knit and treated like family. No micromanagement. If we can benefit from a new technology, management moves aggressively to build out and/or purchase the tool to get the job done. Senior management and co-workers are hands-on and work relentlessly at every project.

You must sign a non-disclosure and non-compete or they will not hire you. Refusing to accept any standard short of perfection runs into being required to be on standby and work late hours.

You only have to do a couple of interviews to get hired.

I would absolutely not recommend this company, because it is not what it seems. They say many things that sound great to get you in the door, but then all that goes out the window within months and you are left miserable. They try to get the most work out of you for as cheap as they can. Run, don't walk. I would put 0 stars if I could.
