Supportive managers and senior leaders, have always felt I am listened to and is a wonderful environment for being creative and finding innovative solutions for autistic children.
Cons
Teams are always so busy, there is a lot of work and finding time to share ideas and being together is tricky, but managers are so supportive of finding ways to help.
