Pros

Been here just under 3 months, and it’s been a great experience thus far. Can’t say enough good things about the customer service management team. Communication and professionalism is great. As long as you handle your business, you’ll be in a good standing with them. The 1 hour lunch and 2 15 minute breaks is also a plus. Pay is solid for what you’re asked to do, and you have the ability to earn more through their incentive structure, which is very attainable.

Cons

Have no cons. Plan on being here for the long haul.

I’ve been with the company for 10 years, and during that time I’ve had the opportunity to wear many different hats and grow both personally and professionally. Leadership has consistently trusted me with real responsibility, which has pushed me to learn, adapt, and expand my skill set in ways I never expected when I first started. The work environment is supportive and enjoyable, and the team here truly makes a difference. My colleagues are friendly, collaborative, and easy to work with, and the owner leads by example with integrity and genuine care for the people who work here. After a decade, I can confidently say this is a great place to build a long-term career.

Every 15th of the month you receive an extra $150 for retaining customers.

Cons

Management is all over the place. No real training structure. Benefits are not the best.
