      A quickly growing and expanding company, allowing people to advance, learn new skills. Fast-paced, dynamic environment, in an exciting industry. The people are young, dedicated and fun to work with.

      Cons

      High pressure, management doesn't have a clear path. People get shuffled from place to place. Protectionism is rampant.

      Pros

      The site is tech savvy, and coworkers are sweet, helpful and dedicated. Site has nice assortment at sometimes competitive prices.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance, upper management overspends on the wrong categories and over hires. Flash business model is antiquated and obsolete. Company doesn't care about its customers and is a heartbeat away from bankruptcy.
