Poor leadership from the corporate office. Lots of egos and lack of follow through.

The site is tech savvy, and coworkers are sweet, helpful and dedicated. Site has nice assortment at sometimes competitive prices.

Zero work life balance, upper management overspends on the wrong categories and over hires. Flash business model is antiquated and obsolete. Company doesn't care about its customers and is a heartbeat away from bankruptcy.
