      No benefit to work unless you have time to lose

      Cons

      Experience in this place was hell. You are treated terribly. No management. No respect to the person with whom they work. no family life, you will work every week-end. Poor work environment.

      Pros

      The site is tech savvy, and coworkers are sweet, helpful and dedicated. Site has nice assortment at sometimes competitive prices.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance, upper management overspends on the wrong categories and over hires. Flash business model is antiquated and obsolete. Company doesn't care about its customers and is a heartbeat away from bankruptcy.
