The work life balance is very important, and Beyond technologies have been flexible many times to help me with my personal life : with flexible hours, time off, travel opportunities. Beyond technologies encourages me to go beyond my role , to bring in ideas and implement them. Access to leadership is a value add that you don't find anywhere, it helps me learn, grow and most importantly understand how my role affects the whole organization because they share their vision and my success is their success. They put back the H2H in a market where B2B is dominant even in the human relations. There is a true melting pot in the office that gives a very dynamic, positive and rich environment.
Cons
Nothing that I can think of for now. There is always room for improvement, seeing the partners, the HR team and my colleagues take initiatives to optimize processes, encourage engagement, invest in social causes and new tehcnologies can only make Beyond Technologies an even better place to work.
