The team sets production goals; every morning, there is a team huddle to go over the production goals. During this meeting, employees are highly encouraged to contribute and collaborate. Most importantly, employees are required to rate how their day was, rate the workload, and work instructions provided for completing goals, empowering them to have a direct impact on the company and tasks performed.
Each department has a dedicated manager and team lead whose sole purpose is employee training, coaching, and development.
