      Pros

      There is lots of scope to carve your own path at the company and you are given a lot of freedom to do this.The leadership of the company are fantastic with their encouragement and training and the working environment is really comfortable and inspirational. The earning potential is also unlimited. There is also no expense spared and I fully equipped to perform at my best.

      Cons

      I had difficulty with the building owner in issuing me a barrier entry card and the security on the front of the Citypoint building are very officious and not very helpful.

      I think working at Beyond Search is great. You are treated like an adult and the flexibility offered to the team is unlike anywhere else I have worked. Plenty of work, great pay, great incentives. A really high quality approach and actual respect from clients and candidates because of the service provided. Team works well together and each brings something different to the table. Nice office and feel well looked after. Great mentorship and help where needed. Great leadership and clear mission.

      Cons

      Limited meeting room availability for clients and candidates. We meet 99% of clients at their offices as is to be expected from a quality outfit but it would be nice to be able to get some rooms for meeting candidates more. MD makes himself part of the team and very easily accessible and a great/envisioned/energetic leader but needs to realise that by him not taking a break/holiday staff feel like they shouldn't even though this is encouraged.

      Thank you, we are delighted that you are so happy. Your advice to Management has been noted and will be acted upon. We encourage holidays for our staff as we believe they are often the best way to keep batteries charged and gaining a wider perspective on the world is healthy for everyone which is why we encourage you to do this by making use of your unlimited holiday allowance - book that holiday :) We will also have a word with the management of the building and cleaning staff for the office.
