Everything always got completed, deadlines were always met, and we all worked rather well together as a team, at least at the level I was employed.

There was less communication and/or transparency than there could have been, which would have led to a generally less hectic environment.

Fun people to work with.

Low balls everyone salary-wise. Too broke to provide lunches. No life-work balance.
