Pros
I used to love my job. Some great people that became like family. Laid back environment and quite a fun place to work. In the beginning years there, I was so happy to get up and go in everyday. I felt like I knew my job well, and felt appreciated.
Cons
The last two years I would get anxiety going in to work. I was pulled in every direction all day then was told productivity wasn't good enough. I wasn't sure what my role was anymore. I'm surprised we weren't asked to clean the bathroom at points in the day since the job I was hired to do took the back seat to assist the managers and literally anyone else that needed us to do their work. I felt overworked and grossly underpaid and underappreciated. Those who were close to the supervisor got special treatment. They fired people who helped them grow because of their tenure. They would rather pay less money to those who screw up and don't show up, than to pay good employees what they deserved. High school politics and idiots running the place. You will never know what the direction is that given day since it changes hourly.
