Pros

The only pro to working here is it gives you more experience with customer service.

Cons

- NO room for growth. Management explicitly said they don’t give raises to employees, the only way you get a raise is if you are promoted. And you’re lucky if you’re one of the few chosen ones to be promoted. - They don’t pay a liveable wage. Expect to barely scrape by if you’re working in the customer service department

Pros

Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

Cons

Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
