The company offers a 9/80 schedule which equals every other Friday off. DON’T FALL FOR THIS! You will NEVER actually get to use this “benefit” because you will ALWAYS have so much work to do that it is IMPOSSIBLE to get it done which means that you will HAVE TO WORK ON YOUR DAYS OFF. AND YOU WILL BE FURTHER PENALIZED WHEN YOU TAKE PTO BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE 9 (not 8) HOURS OF PTO FOR EACH DAY OFF EVEN THOUGH YOU WORK 12+ HOUR DAYS. Don’t even apply if you want WORK/LIFE BALANCE. And don’t let anyone sell you on the fact that it exists here.
