Pros

They have a relaxed and understanding environment, friendly coworkers, and can be flexible if you have scheduling needs. They empower you to actually help most customers without having to transfer all over the facility. plus it just feels good to hear a customer go from livid to grateful because you can do something for them.

Cons

It can very stressful when you come across issues that you cannot solve yourself or that will take a long time to notate and deal with properly. There is a lot of abuse that customers throw at you from time to time and there are times when the frequency of calls can get to you.

Pros

Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

Cons

Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
