      Overstock.com is a leader of online retailing, so employees can be sure they are up-to-date on trends and technology. The work atmosphere is dynamic and innovative, never stagnant and dull. The company has a diverse workforce for the region and a progressive attitude.

      Cons

      Wages are low for the industry in many positions. There is a lot of nepotism; managers tend to hire friends and siblings. People who are used to big-city lifestyles may find Salt Lake City a bit lacking in entertainment options.

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
