      Pros

      The diversity. Overstock.com welcomes people from all cultures to work here and its great to share in other cultures here at work.

      Cons

      The favoritism. When there are openings for specialty teams they will not take on anyone that they are not friends with, even if we are qualified. Agents that are friends with the management get treated much better and they get more understanding about needed schedules. If the manager of Quality does not like you then your stats fail as well.

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
