      Pending on Manger possibility for incredibly flexible schedule. Decent pay and benefits. Great 401K match

      Cons

      Upper management is lost and constantly changing. This change causes frequent changes and disruptions within departments that frequently foster an us v them environment and whenever management tries to dispel it, it becomes "fend for yourself" because management won't have your back in an effort to "be team players"

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
