      Pros

      So much to learn, but mostly as cautionary tales -- watching people and deciding that the opposite of their behavior is the better course of action. It's a weird place to work. Individually, my colleagues are genuinely great people, but the culture is toxic and it encourages the worst behavior collectively.

      Cons

      The cryptocurrency business completely cannibalizes the retail business. Management is in place largely because of personal connections to the CEO, not due to skillset or ability.

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
