      Pros

      The developers are the best,, they basically do everything right. Agile, continuous integrations, a vast knowledge of programming. Dev leads are easy to work with and as a developer you actually have a say in the dev process.

      Cons

      Business owners are awful. They either don't understand the business unit they over or just have never worked with a dev team. There is always turmoil on the business unit side and makes life difficult for the developers.

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
