Overstock has a tendency to take action without thinking or investigating things thoroughly. They are lacking Vision, Strategic Planning, Integrity and Focus.
1) Inconsistent behavior of upper management, lack of a good moral foundation.
2) Promoting the most ineffective managers with no "Leadership Qualities". (Sometimes the most talented person can make for one of the most "ineffective" managers.)
3) Abruptly letting long term employees go with no rhyme or reason
4) Pretends to "care" and expresses how you should share but you dare even when it's in the best interest for the Company.
5) Lack of appreciation in the workplace, most do not appreciate your work.
6) Little compensation is given to Customer Service employees
