Pros

Potential high commissions (if you last)

Cons

Everything. Everything. Everything. Everything. Everything, If you love yourself, stay AWAY from this company. If you are reading these reviews and feel nervous at all, you should. I was in that position, reading reviews and unsure of my decision to join the company. It is all about churning and burning to find agents that will suck up to management and pump out the numbers. You have to lie to clients to make a sale, and it feels horrible. Every person in management is chained to the rhythm with rose colored glasses on, and has no care for anybody but themselves. I saw an agent do $1 million+ in a month, and the next month ended up on a PIP and was fired the very next week. The favored people get the better leads, and I promise you, no matter how much you study and practice, you will live every day in fear of being fired. This company is a disgrace. Also, I know sales can be cutthroat and intense, but this company is on another level. They will take your livelihood away from you in a second by firing you. On top of all of that, EVERY single thing you do is monitored and tracked. The amount of time you are on the phone, off the phone, managers will live listen to your calls and message you or even speak into your ear through your headset, while on the call. The micromanagement is worse than possibly imaginable. This job took away every ounce of happiness and zen from my life and I am still trying to rebuild, many many months later. Again, before I started the job I was constantly on glassdoor reading bad reviews because I was nervous, but convinced myself I would be fine and be able to succeed. I promise that although I may have been a disgruntled employee after getting fired, I genuinely wanted to write this review to save people from joining here. Some people may succeed if they like low-morale work, micromanagement and no work-life balance... but for everybody else.......... STAY AWAY.

Pros

Beyond Finance truly stands behind its leadership team and agents. There is a strong support system in place, and upper management genuinely listens to feedback and provides resources necessary for us to succeed. Whether an employee or client opportunity... one doesn't outweigh the other and are both equally important here at Beyond. The collaborative environment makes it incredibly rewarding to coach and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and hit their performance goals.

Cons

None at the moment as this is a great company that encourages career and opportunity growth!

Pros

Despite having minimal education and experience, this position at Beyond Finance has allowed me to work a remote job with considerable pay and benefits. The work itself is super chill and management is nice enough. If you’re looking for a temporary remote job and don’t need to be here long, this might be for you. You really have to take the good with the bad here haha.

Cons

No job security. My class started with 40 and we are down to 4 now a year in. The metrics make sense at first glance until you realize a lot of it comes down to luck. Since I’ve been there, multiple changes have been made which directly and obviously make hitting goals more difficult, but the goals remain unadjusted. Each month, management allows a curve to assist with this, but the curve is random and contributes to the feeling being at the mercy of luck. If a curve is needed every single month, why not just openly adjust goals to be more reasonable? I feel as though I am “succeeding” in spite of management, not because of any support. Additionally, the service this company offers is a scam. It’s a little uncomfortable when everyone is talking about how prideful they are of the work they do for this company when you know deep down you are ruining peoples lives financially.
