Some of the main pros in my perspective: - There's a strong balance of autonomy and flexibility in the role without ever feeling like you're on an island. People across all departments are consistently warm, approachable, and quick to assist. - Onsite opportunities! We recently had an onsite with the Talent team in the Atlanta office. It was a fantastic experience that let us collaborate in person, problem solve together, and bond through activities like our paint and sip and team dinners. - Impressive career growth opportunities! Cons
Recruiting is going to come with ebbs and flows in any industry, and that's no different here. Also, because we hire for some evergreen roles, the work can feel repetitive at times. However, management is incredibly proactive about keeping things fresh and are always open to us tackling new projects or initiatives to mix up our workflow.
