      Pros

      - Human Aspect: Might sound basic, but at Beyond, I truly feel treated as a person and not just an employee, the flexibility, understanding and respect of everyone's situation is great to see. - Teams and Collaboration: A truly collaborative environment, where everyone feels safe and confident to share their views, ideas and feedback, it's great to see so many teams with different objectives and priorities come together to make the company better every day. - The product and sector: Beyond's platform and algo are amazing, super charged in high quality data and providing a true value to the industry and its actors.

      Cons

      Not much to say, I wouldn't say that they are cons specific to Beyond as such, like any company, it has its issues, but nothing that needs to be flagged as very important. It gets busy, it gets stressful at times, but it's all manageable thanks to the teams.

      Pros

      Beyond has a strong mission, talented employees, and opportunities to work on meaningful projects. I enjoyed collaborating with cross-functional teams and appreciated the chance to contribute to innovative work. The people I worked with were supportive, skilled, and passionate about what they do. I also gained valuable experience and grew professionally during my time here.

      Cons

      The culture shifted significantly following management changes. There was an increased emphasis on oversight, administrative tracking, and process, which reduced autonomy and trust. As a designer, I found myself spending more time documenting work than focusing on design and creative problem-solving. Unlimited PTO policies felt restrictive in practice, making it difficult to fully disconnect and recharge. Workload distribution at times appeared inconsistent, which could impact morale and growth opportunities. These factors contributed to burnout and ultimately influenced my decision to leave.
