Awesome company to work for plenty of room to learn and grow both professionally and personally. Beyond Computer Solutions gave me everything necessary to succeed and pushed me to be best Network Engineer I could be. Free lunch with the boss on a regular basis, a real open door company that cares about it's people.

Work balance can be heavy sometime but management does a good job in helping relive the tension.

I was able to learn a tremendous amount in my time with the company. The owner believes in the team and it shows with the trust given to each team member. Good work environment with a lot of flexibility.

There wasn’t anything that stands out. Normal issues when supporting customers expectations.
