Small company so harder to move up

I was able to work there 5 years with job security because I knew no one else was there to pick up the work if I wasn't there

I never got a raise and I watched the owner and his family buy more and more expensive vehicles and hear about all the expensive vacations they'd go on. Im seeing all these other reviews and they're very obviously written by the owner and his family to save face. The management doesn't care what so ever about their staffs wellbeing, hence the ridiculous turn over rate. They find one person who works hard to put all the work on. Im not sure what the current pay rate there is but I'd like to point out the minimum wage in Pasadena is $15 an hour and I was easily able to find something paying $18 with my experience. There's no room to move up at the company and they'll never give you the wage increase they promise you.
