ok pay, relatively easy/ straight forward, some cool people, free shift meal and you get to take home pastries frequently

very high turnover, massive dip in available hours during summer, stressful at times due to massive customer volume and fast paced environment. Management and staff have a habit of speaking poorly about others, but its food service so that's expected.

Consistent, generally positive work environment.

Limited opportunities and slow pay increase.
