      Pros

      BevStrat hired me during Covid and kept me even when the brands retreated during Covid. They supported me, paid me and offered insurance to me and my family.

      Cons

      Covid hurt our market and made it challenging to make $$. Market has come back however

      Flexible On your own That’s really it

      Cons

      No training New brands tough to sell If you have a good month they don’t care, if you have a bad month you get harassed
