Pros
Helping the little guy compete in a large supplier world. New brands always coming on. Building relationships with my accounts/clients Great team manager Freedom in schedule and reasonable expectations Good relationship with my inside sales person
Cons
Can be demanding based off certain sales quotas needing to be met. New brands and constant push to get things on boarded. Technology challenges, sometimes slows somethings up Distributors getting product to my accounts. New concept and market disruptor that creates a lot of change that can sometime be ever-changing and constantly adapting.
