Pros
Excellent culture and a really great team to work with. WFH flexibility with some in person meetings once a month. A understanding management team who wants you to succeed and will help you plan to do so. Plenty of opportunity for growth across a few different teams. You can pick your own path.
Cons
Sales does the usual of overpromising leaving the success team to cover them. The product team has some difficulties communicating proper timelines leaving the success team to scramble for explanations.
