Pros

The schedule is very flexible.

Cons

CEO is lacking clear understanding of how to run a business. Decisions that were made while I was working there were questionable at best. If you are looking for a healthy workplace and good pay for the work you do, this is not the place.

We always care about how our team experiences the company, and I'm glad to have a chance to respond as the owner. Running a company has its challenges, especially over the last few years. Often the leader has to make decisions others may question and even not agree with the result, which is why the full executive team is involved and offers input on big decisions. As the owner, I always consider the team in my decision-making. Importantly, Beutler Ink strives to offer a positive workplace with rich benefits, generous paid time off, supportive work-life balance, and overall flexibility. We regret that you had a different work experience, but thank you for caring enough to bring your experience to our attention.

Pros

There have been problems in the past but I see genuine effort from the company to turn things around.

Cons

Effort might be too slow for other people. Pay is only average.

As the owner, I really appreciate and care for each person on the team. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am also happy to hear that your experience aligns with what we try to provide at BINK. The executive team is fully involved and committed to maintaining our positive workplace, support employee growth, and importantly remain flexible to continue our culture of work-life harmony.

Pros

WFH, flexibility with schedule/PTO, benefits are decent.

Cons

Pay is below average and is not worth it despite the nice benefits offered. Toxic leadership, they talk about change and claim they are transparent but will lay you off with no notice. There is no opportunity to grow within your career.

Thank you for sharing your experience at the company. As the owner and CEO, I care about the experiences our team members have, and I'm glad to have the chance to respond. One of the biggest challenges of the last few years has been finding the right balance of transparency, especially as we've adapted to a changing market and made the very difficult decision to scale back or discontinue certain services. If you were one impacted by these changes, I wish you the best of luck in your career.
