Pros
Big company with well defined procedures. Can be mildly flexible
Cons
HR is a circus show. The make out they are a family oriented company. It's not really true. Projects (before Covid wiped them out) were a poorly run, high stress environment. New management since Jan 2021 might have made a difference. They expect you to give more than your pay grade (do a higher positions job without the pay rise to go with it). Lots of verbal promises on employment that are not honoured (raises, new positions etc)
