-Flexible work schedule -Great work environment & managers/team members (people that truly care) -Fun company events -Room for growth/promotions

-Busy -sometimes bad managers but they don't stay long

Used to be flexible but now honestly employees are just a number to line management pockets. Holidays and PTO are ok

New next level leadership doesn’t care about employees. Claims to hold core values as a vital piece of the company but doesn’t express what they preach when it come to core value “respect each other”. Moral behind the scenes are the worst among employees is awful and they are too intimidated to step forward. When we refuse to participate in Company wellness program we are made to feel awful. Honestly just with this company due to financial needs not because I love the company.
