Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed working with your managers! However, we want to address your statement that we do not offer paid time off or sick leave. All BetterUp employees are eligible for Flexible Vacation Time Off (FTO). This includes full-time, part-time, temporary, and intern employees. All BetterUp employees receive 72 hours of paid sick leave per year. BetterUp also provides two Inner Work Weeks and four Inner Work Days per year, where our employees have paid time off to focus on their inner world (processes, values, mental models we use to make sense of the world) to achieve a purpose or result.
