      Pros

      Good pay if you are in argentina, they pay you hourly and in USD most of the time you arrange your time, work from home You get to meet interesting firms different from Argentinian ones

      Cons

      The USD rate is not that high, once you set a rate, they dont give you raises you dont have any benefit (no pay day off, no health insurance)
