Pros
As a former employee at BetterPlace Immigration, in the two years I was with them, I found the following positives: My manager was the sweetest as she listened to whatever issues I had if there was a learning gap. For every series of leads that I achieved for the company, I was given a certificate of appreciation every other month which was very motivating. My more experienced colleagues really took an effort to assist me in understanding all of the processes. We had parties at the end of the month in case it was a successful month, which it always was, during my tenure with them. The training period was very comprehensive.
Cons
No downsides as such, except that I had to come for a shift on Saturday occasionally if I failed to achieve enough leads during the work week. But that was rare.
