Pros

Work from home options, but not worth the pay for the workload. If you are a mediocre employee who likes to train for 6 months and pretty puch be a waste while the smarter/workaholic people who have no choice but this company keep the company afloat, this company is for you!!

Cons

Poor leadership, poor work culture, leadership team delusional they portray everyone is happy here and its the complete opposite, underpaid employees, heavy workload for poor pay, patients are discrimated often and get different care depending on their status/power and race…. Sooo much nepotism, they hired abroad from the philipines because of the high rotation they had and unwillingness to compensate their US employees. If you want to be part of a company who outsoruces jobs to save money, here it is. 75% of the employees here are mediocre and do the bare minimum, don’t know what they are doingor just dont care… while the other 25% keep the company afloat because hey have no choice but need the WFH flexibility and/or don’t value themself good enough. Or are directors who get paid the bug bucks to keep up with this BS.

Thank you for sharing – we're sorry to hear that this was your experience, however, we do want to address a particularly troubling statement in your review regarding patient care. BetterNight does not, under any circumstances, discriminate against patients based on their race, status, or any other characteristic and we strive to treat every patient with the same level of care and respect, regardless of their background. Any claims to the contrary misrepresent our commitment to our patients and our values. Again, thank you for your feedback. We wish you all the best. -BetterNight

Pros

Great coworkers who are just as confused but awesome. Pay not terrible for starting

Cons

Layoffs are very common they will add insane amounts of work and force you to agree or say you have to quit and refuse to give you more training. Said it was an admin job when it was actually a call center. Horrible micromanaging but somehow they will ignore or not answer your questions correctly almost every time. Unsafe work conditions at offices and even worse micromanagement if you are WFH. Another review mentioned zero communication for company wide changes this is very true they will just change the SOP in their AI and not tell anyone about the change but then get mad you didn’t know. Managers would rather you hang up on a patient than wait for a correct answer. No room for growth they will just move you around or hire someone who will do your work for less. Clear favoritism and managers will act like you’re the problem when you question them or have complaints. This job made my mental health so bad, I was depressed every weekend knowing I had to go back and several of us cried on the job, I even had nightmares about this place while working here. I would never work here again even for triple the pay
