Everything from how to write more concise and clear communications to how to write SQL statements! Better Reports SaaS product is top-notch (check out their reviews on Shopify apps too). I'm excited to see how they grow! As it's customer support, sometimes the workload can get heavy but everyone pitches in so you can always see the light at the end of the tunnel.
