HIGH staff churn. No support. Real arrogant culture that's really isolating for new people or employees struggling with performance. Made to feel like you will only be liked or worthy or being talked to like a normal human being when you're a high biller... yet there's zero support and encouragement to get there. Recruitment hours can be really long, when the environment is shocking each day feels like a week. Real old skool vibes here, times have changed. Internal incentive to help get them on Sunday Times top employee list.... shambles.
