      Pros

      Having a small team is helpful to build relationships quickly and if you are on the right one, support is good. They talk a big game about culture and mission, but terribly lack on follow through.

      Cons

      Unethical and inconsistent practices, poor leadership, next to no development opportunities. Not much communication through change. If you’re not drinking the koolaid, you will have a hard time making it.

      Pros

      Today is day 4 at BHG, so far so good! 😊 this time of year is extremely busy for ACO’s so I’m looking forward to getting trained and ready for the field to meet providers and close deals!

      Cons

      The only con was that my computer didn’t have audio installed, so I created a ticket with IT and the issue was resolved within 24 hours!

      Flexible schedule able to accommodate appointments and picking up kids from school

      Cons

      The worst communication and micromanaging I have ever seen. They do not care about their employees at all. Also hearing they are selling or going bankrupt.
