I have really enjoyed working for this company all of the management and leadership has been amazing and everyone that works here has been a pleasure to work with the highlight of them all being my manager Taylor. Taylor Duran is an exceptional sales manager who consistently leads with clarity, integrity, and results. Taylor has a rare ability to balance high performance expectations with genuine support for the team, creating an environment where people are motivated to grow and succeed. Their coaching style is thoughtful and data-driven, helping each team member sharpen their skills while staying focused on overall business goals. Beyond strong sales leadership, Taylor excels at communication and collaboration. They are always accessible, provide clear direction, and recognize wins while constructively addressing challenges. Under Taylor’s leadership, the team has become more confident, accountable, and results-oriented. Any organization would be fortunate to have a sales manager like Taylor Duran driving both performance and culture.
