- they pay really well even the juniors - you get to work on interesting projects
Cons
- the company is already 20 years on the market, there is quite some legacy code in the codebase BUT if they hire you and you say you don't work on legacy code, they respect it, nevertheless it can still affect your work - the company is currently in the middle of agile transformation and they care a bit too much about the form and due to that are missing the point of agile
