Pros
1. Small company so would pay more while hiring. 2. Flexibility on work timings and work from home.
Cons
1. Internal processes are not standard as they are in industry. 2. Company has few small projects, so only very few people can opt for internal job posting or mobility. So if you want to change project, it would be difficult. 3. Biased management. 4. Two half yearly Bonus performance cycle, but actual payout of bonus would be 3 month later for both the performance period. 5. Not good in conflict management, rather they fire people.
